- Follow proper procedures while controlling crowds at loading and unloading
- Direct traffic on roadways to park and exit Busch Gardens property
- Assist guests with vehicular problems and give directions upon request
- Follow safety procedures
- Assist in upholding company standards of maintaining company equipment
- Operate with guest service in mind at all times
- Assist with traffic control and parking as necessary
- Directing cars, buses, campers, etc. to daily assigned lots
- Setting up cones in various traffic patterns as assigned by supervisor
- Adapt quickly to changing work conditions to ensure timely guest/traffic flow
- Report vehicle traffic and guest issues to leadership as appropriate
- Maintain communication with leadership and other team members about changing traffic flow
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Lifting and pulling trash bags from parking lots into disposals
- Answer questions and resolve guest issues
- Assist team in keeping Admission plaza and restrooms clean and organized
- Assist in other areas of Guest Arrival as needed
- Other duties as assigned
What it takes to succeed:
- At least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively, including speaking on a microphone
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Be exposed to fumes, dust, and/or odor
- Be exposed to loud noises
- Be exposed to motion
- Be exposed to vibrations
