Responsibilities:

• Develop an architecture roadmap to achieve the target architecture, consistent with the vision and mission capability requirements.
• Applying a wide range of expertise starting from top-level Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and SOA/BPM to development tools, web technologies, integrations, mobile and cloud concepts. All together to deliver a successful solution for business and organizations.
• Verify that relevant performance Measures of Effectiveness/Measures of Performance are allocated throughout the architecture and are useful for analysis and decision support.
• Develop the data management approach consistent with customer objectives and align.
• to overall architecture roadmap
• Identify system/service interfaces in support of interoperability and integration efforts to include both logical and physical implementation requirements. Ensure architecture products and analysis efforts shape emerging requirements.
• Provide architecture support to developer gate review milestones; evaluate developer products for architectural compliance and impacts to the integrated architecture.
• Working with a wide range of software architecture, design, and implementation tools and IDEs from IBM, ORACLE, REDHAT, and Open-source community.
• Leading software teams with lean software development and agile methodology principles
• Achieving organization’s strategy goals by applying Enterprise Architecture Practices, Road Map
• Establishment, Maturity Models Definition, Implementation Guidelines, Design Patterns, and Best Practices
• Customize and adapt architecture frameworks and metamodels to be useful/relevant for the domain.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Enterprise Architecture (EA) Certification by a recognized Government or academic institution is preferable
• 8+ years’ experience including 5 years in enterprise architecting
• Demonstrated experience developing/integrating architecture models across the capability, operational, and solution domains to include both structured (functional decomposition) and object techniques
• Experience in different technologies (Java se , Servlet ,JSP, JSF , Ejb 3.0 , JDBC, JPA , RMI, JAX-WS , JAX-RPC, SAX ,DOM , JAXB)
• Experience in different technologies (Oracle Fusion Middleware, XML , XSD, WSDL, XSL, XQUERY, SOAP Webservices, RESTful Web Services)
• Experience using relevant EA tools (IBM-System Architect, iServer, CASEWISE, Troux)
• Excellent facilitation, oral presentation, and writing skills to include model development
