Job description: Position Summary
The main responsibility of the role is building a solid channel sales plan to increase the sellout thru the distributor, which will expectedly increase the sellin. Meanwhile, building up a concrete partnership with several distributors in such developing market to grow B2B and E-Commerce share of Samsung Home Appliances business
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage sales task in the responsible region so that sales subsidiaries in the relevant region can achieve planned sales targets
- Achievement of company targets based on proper Sell-in/sell-out strategies
- Monitor and drive product demand, stock level, competitor’s promotion, retail display quality
- Manage product differentiation concept planning and positioning strategy set up by analyzing SEC, competitors/the market
- Set up countermeasure strategy against confirmed risk factors by analyzing sales, operation status, and issues in the responsible region
- Oversee selecting, establishing and managing relations with potential customers and partners needed for business
- Set up min-long term retail strategy by identifying the market, customer, and competitor trends.
- Manage subsidiaries’ and customers’ sales issues forecasting and countermeasure set up by analyzing distribution data
- Oversee promotion strategy set up for expanding market dominance and maximizing HA product sales
- 8-11 years of experience in Key Account Management, sales management or distributor management
- within a Consumer Electronics or FMCG
- Bachelor degree in economy, Finance or engineering
- A track record of success within Qatar market
- Ability to perform and work under different conditions and be a team player
- Extensive sales thinking, demonstrable sales focus, pro-active and proven sales track record
- Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision
- Excellent quantitative aptitude, commercial acumen, good persuasion skills, assertive nature
- Good PC skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
