Our opportunity for you:

Vistra UK is currently recruiting for a Senior Associate – UK Client Onboarding. This is an exciting role within a core and growing department within Vistra that will include supporting a top tier global client mandate.

This position will play a key role in managing the Client Acceptance and Onboarding processes and ensuring a smooth and efficient client onboarding experience, being a primary point of contact and accountability.

The Seior Associate will support the Manager in being a part of the operational team to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing compliance whilst also supporting the incorporation of new entities in the clients’ growing portfolio across multiple jurisdictions.

Vistra is a fast paced, entrepreneurial business with ambitious growth plans for 2023 under the leadership of our new CEO Simon Webster.

Key Responsibilities

  • To support the collation and ongoing maintenance of Client Due Diligence to ensure adherence to Vistra Group standards and appropriate legislation, in collaboration with Vistra’s Compliance team;
  • Completion of appropriate local Client Acceptance forms / process, as appropriate;
  • To liaise with and manage additional requests from various Vistra offices or local affiliate partners;
  • To manage the incorporation and migration processes across the various global jurisdictions and ensure smooth transition of the client’s entities to Vistra’s service delivery teams;
  • Where required, to support additional requests from clients including bank account openings;
  • To ensure timely and accurate inputting of client entity data into appropriate Vistra systems;
  • To prioritise daily workload to ensure client deadlines are met and flag any anticipated SLA issues in a timely manner to the Manager so that a resolution can be agreed;
  • To play a key role in developing strong, enduring client relationships to ensure consistent net promotor scores and client satisfaction;
  • To provide a key role in the maintenance and upkeep of internal records, to include supporting the Manager in delivery of progress reports and key statistics;
  • To support the Manager as required in providing updates to key Vistra personnel, including the UK Vistra Business Committee, client Relationship Managers etc, as required;
  • To support the wider Company Formations & UK Client Onboarding department as may be required.

  • Ability to identify and support the implementation of changes in processes to improve service delivery to the client;
  • Able to manage own workload, work to tight deadlines and follow processes through to completion;

  • Self-motivated with a methodical approach to work;
  • High degree of personal flexibility to support the client and business unit;

Relevant Experience

  • Strong experience of working in a professional corporate services environment, operating in a customer services orientated role with strong relationships with external customers;
  • Able to develop good working relationships with other business units and teams within a large organisation;
  • Ability to communicate with professional clients in an appropriate manner;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels, including with international stakeholders;
  • Knowledge/ experience of relevant regulatory requirements and standards.

Education/ Memberships

  • Educated to degree level (Business, Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline);
  • Experience of and/or qualifications in compliance an advantage.
