Job description: Position Summary

The main responsibility of the role is building a solid channel sales plan to increase the sellout thru the distributor, which will expectedly increase the sellin. Meanwhile, building up a concrete partnership with several distributors in such developing market to grow B2B and E-Commerce share of Samsung Home Appliances business

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales task in the responsible region so that sales subsidiaries in the relevant region can achieve planned sales targets
  • Achievement of company targets based on proper Sell-in/sell-out strategies
  • Monitor and drive product demand, stock level, competitor’s promotion, retail display quality
  • Manage product differentiation concept planning and positioning strategy set up by analyzing SEC, competitors/the market
  • Set up countermeasure strategy against confirmed risk factors by analyzing sales, operation status, and issues in the responsible region
  • Oversee selecting, establishing and managing relations with potential customers and partners needed for business
  • Set up min-long term retail strategy by identifying the market, customer, and competitor trends.
  • Manage subsidiaries’ and customers’ sales issues forecasting and countermeasure set up by analyzing distribution data
  • Oversee promotion strategy set up for expanding market dominance and maximizing HA product sales

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8-11 years of experience in Key Account Management, sales management or distributor management
  • within a Consumer Electronics or FMCG
  • Bachelor degree in economy, Finance or engineering
  • A track record of success within Qatar market
  • Ability to perform and work under different conditions and be a team player
  • Extensive sales thinking, demonstrable sales focus, pro-active and proven sales track record
  • Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision
  • Excellent quantitative aptitude, commercial acumen, good persuasion skills, assertive nature
  • Good PC skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
